All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received Monday thru Friday, we are closed weekends. Please note that if you request an item to be added/removed/changed to your order, or if you place 2 or more orders and would like them shipped together this may cause a delay in shipping allowing us time to edit your order and process any charges or refunds that may apply. If your order contains an item that has gone out of stock or is back-ordered we will email you. We handle backorders/out of stock items according to how long they are expected to arrive to us. For item(s) that are going to arrive in 1 to 2 days your entire order will be held and shipped complete. For item(s) that are going to arrive in 2+ weeks your order will ship in separate shipments, backordered item(s) will be sent via 1st class mail at no extra charge to you. Our orders ship from Bellmore, New York (USA), which means that some orders mailed to the West Coast, the lower 48 states, or outside of this country, may not arrive as quickly as orders mailed to destinations that are closer to New York. Please note that occasionally, orders may take longer to process than stated due to large order volumes associated with holidays, special promotions, or delays associated with the carrier. Additionally, the UPS shipping options we offer do not include deliveries on Saturday or Sunday. International orders must pass through customs, which may add additional delays. Important: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, nor does it deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Changes to delivery addresses: If a package has not left our facility we can change the delivery address, there is no addtional charge for USPS Domestic Shipping, but UPS may have additional fees due to the change in destination that you will be responsible for. Changes to delivery addresses are not possible for shipments sent via USPS.
Refusal of Package: If you refuse or do not claim a package shipped you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and if applicable the fee charged to ship the package back to us.
Delays beyond our control: Delays in delivery due to "Acts of Nature" will not be reimbursed.
APO/FPO Addresses: Note that only USPS 1st Class Shipping and Priority Mail methods are available for APO/FPO shipments. USPS Express Mail is currently available.
Customs Charges/Import Duties: For international orders, any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot alter Customs forms to indicate "Gift" status or otherwise.
